Didn't Receive Your Email Invite? Here's What to Do

If you haven't received your email invitation to a community, don't worry! This guide will help you track it down and get connected.

Check These Common Spots

1. Search Your Email

  • Look for emails from:

  • Search for:

    • "Welcome to [Community Name]"

    • "Your invitation to join"

    • "LaunchPass"

2. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

  • Open your spam folder

  • Search for "LaunchPass" or the community name

  • Mark as "Not Spam" if found

3. Wait a Few Minutes

  • Some invites take 5-10 minutes to arrive

  • Check again after a short wait


Find Your Missing Invite

Resend the Invitation

  1. Enter your email

  2. Press Send Login Link

  3. Check your email


Common Email Issues & Fixes

Problem: Typo in Email Address

  • Check for typos in the email you used

  • Try logging in with common alternatives

When contacting support, please include:

  • The email address you used to sign up

  • The name of the community

  • When you signed up

  • Screenshots of any error messages
