  1. Login to your Customer Portal Ensure you have the email address associated with your LaunchPass subscription, as it is required for logging in.

Make sure you know the email address associated with your LaunchPass subscription. Payment details are linked specifically to this email account.

2. Click Login beside the subscription you want to update your billing information for

  1. Navigate to the 'Billing' section within the portal.

  1. Enter your updated card details under "Update Billing" After entering the details, double-check for accuracy to avoid errors.

  1. Click Update Card Verify that the updated information is saved successfully and that any pending charges are processed without errors.
