You can manage your subscription details and information at any time in your Customer Portal:

The portal also allows you to manage payment methods and subscription renewals conveniently.

  1. Access your Customer Portal

  2. Update billing information

  3. Cancel your subscription

  4. Remove "set to cancel" to reactivate and stay subscribed

  5. Switch the Discord user associated with your subscription

  6. Regain access to the community if you accidentally left the Discord server

  7. Update default payment methods

  8. Renew an expired subscription

  9. View all of your subscription details (next billing period, active discounts, payment status, etc.)
