Log In to Your Account
Visit LaunchPass
Click "Log In" in the top right corner
Choose the option to login as a subscriber
Enter your email address
Check your email for a secure login link
Click the link to access your subscription portal
View Your Subscriptions
Once logged in, you'll automatically see your subscription portal
Click the 3 dots next to the Update Card button, then select "Cancel subscription"
Check the confirmation box, add your reason (optional), then click "Cancel subscription"
You'll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email
Important: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll still have access until then.
What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate Changes:
Your subscription will be marked for cancellation
You'll receive a confirmation email
No further charges will be made
Access to the Community:
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period
The community owner may remove you from their server/workspace at any time
You won't receive a prorated refund for unused time
Billing:
No refunds are provided for partial months
Your access will continue until the paid period ends
You can resubscribe at any time
Pausing vs. Canceling
Pausing (If Available):
Temporarily stops payments
Holds your spot in the community
Must be manually reactivated
Not all communities offer this option
Canceling:
Stops all future payments
Removes you from the community at the end of your billing period
Requires a new subscription to rejoin
May result in losing your spot if the community has a waitlist
Troubleshooting Common Issues
"Cancel" Button Not Working
Try a different web browser
Clear your browser cache
Disable any ad blockers
Still Seeing Charges
Check the cancellation date in your confirmation email
Contact support if you're charged after cancellation
Changed Your Mind?
If it's been less than 24 hours, check your email for a "Reactivate" link
Otherwise, you'll need to resubscribe
Can't Find the Community
The community may have been removed
Contact the community owner for more information
