1. Login to your Customer Portal

2. Click Login beside the subscription you want to cancel

3. Go to "Click Here".

4. Click the 3 dots next to the Update Card button. Click Cancel subscription

5. Check the box, add your reason for canceling (optional), then click Cancel subscription.

6. You'll be brought to a confirmation screen and will receive a confirmation email

You will have access to your community until the end of your subscription period.
