Did you leave a Discord community you're subscribed to by accident? Follow the steps below to regain access (NOTE: For active subs only. If you have fully canceled your subscription, you will need to sign up to the community again).
This includes scenarios such as accidental account deletion, being removed due to spam, or changes to linked Discord accounts. For assistance with canceled subscriptions, please sign up again to the community.
Once you start the recovery process, you'll use the LaunchPass Portal to identify and rejoin your subscribed communities.
1. Visit launchpass.com/portal
2. Enter your email address and click Send login link
3. You'll receive an email with a list of all the LaunchPass communities you are subscribed to
4. Click Login on the community you need to regain access to
5. Click "Get Access"
6. Verify the Discord user account you want to be associated with the community. If it's not the right account, click "Not you?" and choose the right account.
Click "Open Discord" to re-enter the server
Troubleshooting Access Issues
Log Out of Discord: Log out of all active sessions and ensure that the Discord app or web browser is completely closed before logging back in.
Retry the Rejoining Process: Use the LaunchPass Portal again to reconnect your account.
Contact the Group Owner: If your role within the community was removed, directly contact the owner for assistance in restoring your access.
Special Scenarios: Removed Due to Spam
If removed due to spam but still subscribed, rejoin by visiting the LaunchPass Portal, updating your Discord account, and clicking "Open Discord" to access the server again.
