Need to switch which Discord account is connected to your LaunchPass subscription? Follow these simple steps to update your information and ensure uninterrupted access to your community.


Before You Begin

What You'll Need:

  • Access to both your current and new Discord accounts

  • Login credentials for your LaunchPass account

  • The email associated with your subscription

Important Notes:

  • This process won't affect your subscription status

  • You'll need to complete this in one sitting (takes about 5 minutes)

  • Your community access will transfer to the new Discord account immediately


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log In to LaunchPass

  1. Enter your email, if you're not already signed in and accept that, otherwise continue to step 2.

Step 2: Update Discord Information

  1. Click "Change" next to your username in the Discord Portal

  2. Confirm you want to disconnect the current account

Step 4: Connect New Discord Account

  1. Follow any prompts, you may need to click "Get Access" again from the portal

  2. A new window will open - log in with your new Discord credentials

  3. Authorize LaunchPass to access your Discord account

  4. Wait for the confirmation message

Step 5: Verify the Change

  1. Check that your new Discord username appears in the "Connected Account" section

  2. Log out and back into Discord on all devices

  3. You should now see the server in your new Discord account

"I can't disconnect my current account"
