You can now seamlessly join the community you subscribed to using Discord oAuth. Here's how:

1. Once you've entered your subscription payment information, you will see the following screen. Click the "Get Access" button.

2. Verify the Discord user account you want to be associated with the community

3. Click "Open Discord" and you will be directed to the community's server!

Your Customer Portal

You can manage your subscription details and information at any time in your Customer Portal: Managing your LaunchPass subscription, whether renewing it, updating payment information, or resolving billing issues, is a straightforward process. This guide provides detailed steps for these actions.

  1. Update billing information

  2. Cancel your subscription

  3. Remove "set to cancel" to reactivate and stay subscribed

  4. Switch the Discord user associated with your subscription

  5. Regain access to the community if you accidentally left the Discord server

  6. View all of your subscription details (next billing period, active discounts, payment status, etc.)

  7. 7. To renew your subscription after updating payment cards, navigate to the subscription management portal, log in using your member credentials, and update your billing details.

  8. 8. Remember that adjustments to subscription pricing or specific payment plans require contacting the group administrator.

And much more.

If you have trouble getting access to the community you signed up for, or you have questions about the Customer Portal, you can access our 24/7 live chat support by clicking the blue rocket in the bottom right of your screen. If payment or billing issues persist after trying the self-service portal, ensure that your login credentials and payment methods are accurate, and then contact LaunchPass support with full details about your subscription and group.
