Quick Fixes for Common Discord Access Issues

I Can't Find My Discord Invite

Check These First:

  1. Search your email for messages from [email protected]

    • Look in your spam/junk folder

    • Try searching for "LaunchPass" or "Discord invite"

  2. Log in to your LaunchPass account and visit My Subscriptions

  3. Wait 5-10 minutes - Sometimes invites take a moment to process

If You Still Can't Find It:

  • Resend the invite from your LaunchPass dashboard

  • Check your subscription status to ensure payment was processed

  • Contact the community owner through LaunchPass if the issue persists


The Invite Link Isn't Working

Common Solutions:

  • Expired Invite: Request a new one from your LaunchPass dashboard

  • Already Used: Check if you're already in the server (it might be collapsed)

  • Browser Issues:

    • Try opening in an incognito/private window

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies

    • Try a different browser
