Quick Guide to Regaining Access to Your Community
Accidentally left a Discord community you paid for through LaunchPass? Don't worry! This guide will help you get back in quickly and easily.
What to Do If You Left a Server
Don't Panic - Here's What Happens:
Your subscription remains active when you leave a server
You won't be charged again to rejoin
Your previous roles and permissions will be restored
Quick Fix:
Don't create a new subscription - this isn't necessary
Follow the steps below to rejoin using your existing subscription
How to Rejoin Using LaunchPass
Step 1: Find Your Original Invite
Check your email for the original welcome message from LaunchPass
Look for an email with the subject: "Welcome to [Community Name]"
Find and click the "Join Discord" button in the email
Step 2: Accept the Invitation
The invite will open in your web browser or Discord app
Click "Accept Invite" to rejoin the server
If prompted, log in to your Discord account
Step 3: Verify Your Access
Open Discord and check your server list
The community should appear in your server list
If you don't see it immediately, try refreshing Discord
If You Can't Find the Email:
Log in to your LaunchPass account
Go to "My Subscriptions"
Find the community and click "Manage"
Look for an option to "Resend Invite" or "Rejoin Community"
Troubleshooting Access Issues
"Invite Invalid or Expired"
Contact the community owner through LaunchPass
Ask them to send you a new invite link
Do not create a new subscription
"Already in Server" But Can't See It
In Discord, click the "+" icon to add a server
Select "Join a Server"
Type the server name exactly as it appears
If it shows you're already a member, it might be hidden
Server is Hidden
In Discord, right-click the server list
Make sure "Hide Muted Servers" is unchecked
Look for a small arrow or "Show Hidden Servers" option
Subscription Shows as Active But Can't Rejoin
Log out of Discord completely
Clear your browser cache or reinstall the Discord app
Log back in and try the invite link again
