Having trouble joining or accessing your Telegram community after subscribing through LaunchPass? This comprehensive guide will help you resolve any issues quickly.


I Didn't Receive My Telegram Invite

Check These First:

  1. Search your email for messages from [email protected]

    • Look in spam/junk folders

    • Search for "LaunchPass" or "Telegram invite"

  2. Log in to your LaunchPass account and check "My Subscriptions"

  3. Wait 5-10 minutes - Sometimes invites take a moment to process

If You Still Can't Find It:

  • Request a new invite from your LaunchPass dashboard

  • Check your subscription status to ensure payment was processed

  • Contact the community owner through LaunchPass


The Invite Link Isn't Working

Common Solutions:

  • Expired Invite: Request a new one from LaunchPass

  • Already Member: Check if you're already in the group/channel

  • App Issues:

    • Update Telegram to the latest version

    • Try opening the link in your phone's browser if on mobile

    • If using desktop, try the mobile app or vice versa

If You See "Link Invalid" or Similar:

  1. Ensure you're logged into the correct Telegram account

  2. Try opening the link in an incognito/private window

  3. Clear your browser cache if using web.telegram.org


I Can't See the Group/Channel After Joining

Quick Fixes:

  1. Refresh Telegram (pull down to refresh on mobile)

  2. Search for the group/channel name in Telegram's search

  3. Check your Saved Messages for a welcome message

  4. Look in your chat list - it might be archived or muted

If the Group/Channel is Missing:

  • Check your email for a welcome message with group details

  • Verify your subscription is still active in LaunchPass

  • Contact the community admin through LaunchPass


Messages Aren't Loading or Sending

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

  3. Restart the Telegram app

  4. Check Telegram's status (see "Is Telegram Down?" below)

If Messages Still Won't Send:

  • Clear Telegram's cache (Settings > Data and Storage > Storage Usage > Clear Cache)

  • Log out and back into Telegram

  • Reinstall the Telegram app (your messages are cloud-based)


Payment Processed But No Access

What to Do:

  1. Wait 5-10 minutes for systems to sync

  2. Check your email for payment confirmation

  3. Verify your payment method was charged

  4. Check your subscription status in LaunchPass

If You're Still Having Issues:

  • Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation

  • Contact LaunchPass Support with:

    • Your LaunchPass email

    • Community name

    • Payment confirmation details


Is Telegram Down?

Before troubleshooting, check if Telegram is experiencing issues:

  1. Check Telegram Status: downdetector.com/status/telegram

  2. Visit Twitter: @telegram for service updates

  3. Check ISP: Some networks block Telegram - try using a VPN

If Telegram is Down:

  • Wait 15-30 minutes and try again

  • Check @smstelegram for updates

  • Try accessing from a different network
