Check Your Email
Look for an email with the subject: "Welcome to [Community Name] on LaunchPass!"
Can't find it? Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Click the Discord Invite Link
Open the email and click the "Join on Discord" button.
This will take you to Discord (or prompt you to open the Discord app).
Log In or Create a Discord Account
If you’re not logged into Discord, you’ll be asked to sign in or create an account.
Already logged in? The invite will automatically take you to the server.
Accept the Invite & Verify
Click "Accept Invite" to join the server.
Some servers require additional verification—follow any on-screen prompts.
You’re In! 🎉
You’ll see the server on the left sidebar in Discord.

After Subscribing
Once you’ve entered your payment details, you'll see a confirmation screen.
Click the "Get Access" button to proceed.
Verify Your Discord Account
A pop-up will ask you to confirm the Discord account you want to link.
Make sure you're logged into the correct Discord account in your browser.
Join the Community
Click "Open Discord"—you'll be directed straight to the community’s server!

Customer Portal: Manage Everything in One Place
Easily handle your subscription details anytime through your Customer Portal. Here’s what you can do:
Update payment method – Add a new card or change billing details.
Cancel or reactivate – Pause or resume your subscription anytime.
Switch Discord accounts – Link a different Discord account if needed.
Regain access – Rejoin the server if you accidentally left.
View subscription details – Check billing dates, active discounts, and payment status.
Need to update your payment method?
Go to the Customer Portal.
Log in with your credentials.
Select "Update Payment Method" and enter your new card details.
Note: For changes to subscription pricing or specific payment plans, please contact the community administrator directly.

🔗 Invite Link Expired or Invalid?
Contact the community admin for a new invite.

🔒 Can’t See All Channels?
Some servers have role-based access. Check the #rules or #welcome channel for instructions.
React to a verification message if prompted.
🔄 Already a Member but Can’t Access?
Log out and back into Discord.
If the issue persists, leave the server and rejoin using the invite link.
