How to Access and Use Your LaunchPass Customer Portal

The LaunchPass Customer Portal is your one-stop destination for managing all your community subscriptions. This guide will show you how to access and navigate the portal with ease.

Accessing the Customer Portal

Method 1: From the Website

  1. Click "Log In" in the top right corner

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  4. Select "Customer Portal" from the dropdown menu

Method 2: Direct Link

  1. Log in with your credentials if prompted

Method 3: From a Welcome Email

  1. Open your LaunchPass welcome email

  2. Click on "Manage My Subscription" or "Access Customer Portal"

  3. You'll be taken directly to your portal after logging in


Portal Features Overview

Dashboard

  • View all active subscriptions at a glance

  • See upcoming billing dates

  • Check payment method on file

Subscription Management

  • Update payment methods

  • Change subscription plans

  • View billing history

  • Download invoices and receipts

Account Settings

  • Update your email address

  • Change your password

  • Manage notification preferences

  • Set up two-factor authentication

Billing Information

Managing Your Profile

Updating Personal Information

  1. In the Customer Portal, click on "Profile"

  2. Update your:

    • Display name

    • Email address

    • Profile picture

  3. Click "Save Changes"

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to "Security" in the portal

  2. Click "Change Password"

  3. Enter your current password

  4. Create and confirm your new password

  5. Click "Update Password"

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Navigate to "Security"

  2. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"

  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app

  4. Enter the verification code

  5. Click "Verify and Activate"


Troubleshooting Access Issues

Can't Log In?

  • Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password

  • Check that you're using the correct email address

  • Try a different web browser or device

Portal Not Loading?

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Disable any ad blockers or VPNs

  • Try accessing from a different network

Missing Subscriptions?

  • Log out and log back in

  • Check that you're using the correct email address

  • Contact support if the issue persists

Two-Factor Authentication Issues?

  • Make sure your device time is set to automatic

  • Try using a different authenticator app

  • Use a backup code if you set one up
