Accessing the Customer Portal
Method 1: From the Website
Go to LaunchPass.com
Click "Log In" in the top right corner
Enter your email and password
Click on your profile picture in the top right
Select "Customer Portal" from the dropdown menu
Method 2: Direct Link
Log in with your credentials if prompted
Method 3: From a Welcome Email
Open your LaunchPass welcome email
Click on "Manage My Subscription" or "Access Customer Portal"
You'll be taken directly to your portal after logging in

Update your email address
Change your password

Managing Your Profile
Updating Personal Information
In the Customer Portal, click on "Profile"
Update your:
Display name
Email address
Profile picture
Click "Save Changes"
Changing Your Password
Go to "Security" in the portal
Click "Change Password"
Enter your current password
Create and confirm your new password
Click "Update Password"
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Navigate to "Security"
Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
Enter the verification code
Click "Verify and Activate"
Troubleshooting Access Issues
Can't Log In?
Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password
Check that you're using the correct email address
Try a different web browser or device
Portal Not Loading?
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Disable any ad blockers or VPNs
Try accessing from a different network
Missing Subscriptions?
Log out and log back in
Check that you're using the correct email address
Contact support if the issue persists
Two-Factor Authentication Issues?
Make sure your device time is set to automatic
Try using a different authenticator app
Use a backup code if you set one up
