Before You Begin
Check Your Subscription Status:
Log in to LaunchPass
Go to "My Subscriptions"
Look for the community
Check the status:
Active: No action needed
Canceling: Can be reactivated
Canceled: May need to resubscribe
Important Notes:
Your spot in the community may not be held
Pricing may have changed since cancellation
Some communities have waiting lists
Renewing an Active Subscription
If Your Subscription is Still Active:
Go to "My Subscriptions"
Find the community
Click "Manage"
Select "Continue Subscription"
Confirm your choice
What Happens Next:
Your subscription will continue without interruption
Next billing date will update accordingly
You'll receive a confirmation email
Restarting a Canceled Subscription
If Your Subscription Has Been Canceled:
Option 1: Resubscribe Through Original Link
Find your original welcome email
Click the "Join" or "Subscribe" button
Complete the checkout process
Option 2: Visit the Community Page
Go to the community's LaunchPass page
Click "Subscribe" or "Join Now"
Log in with your account
Complete the checkout process
Option 3: Contact the Community Owner
Find the owner's contact information
Ask about rejoining
They may provide a special link
What to Expect:
You may need to complete a new application
Your previous roles/permissions may not be restored
Some communities require re-approval
Troubleshooting
"Subscribe" Button Not Working
Try a different web browser
Clear your browser cache
Disable ad blockers
Payment Declined
Check your payment method
Ensure sufficient funds
Contact your bank if needed
Community Full
Join the waitlist if available
Contact the community owner
Check back later for openings
Can't Find the Community
The community may have been removed
The URL might have changed
Contact LaunchPass support for assistance
