How to Renew or Restart a Canceled Subscription

Changed your mind about canceling? Here's how to restart your subscription and regain access to your community.

Before You Begin

Check Your Subscription Status:

  1. Log in to LaunchPass

  2. Go to "My Subscriptions"

  3. Look for the community

  4. Check the status:

    • Active: No action needed

    • Canceling: Can be reactivated

    • Canceled: May need to resubscribe

Important Notes:

  • Your spot in the community may not be held

  • Pricing may have changed since cancellation

  • Some communities have waiting lists


Restarting a Canceled Subscription

If Your Subscription Has Been Canceled:

Option 1: Resubscribe Through Original Link

  1. Find your original welcome email

  2. Click the "Join" or "Subscribe" button

  3. Complete the checkout process

Option 2: Visit the Community Page

  1. Go to the community's LaunchPass page

  2. Click "Subscribe" or "Join Now"

  3. Log in with your account

  4. Complete the checkout process

Option 3: Contact the Community Owner

  1. Find the owner's contact information

  2. Ask about rejoining

  3. They may provide a special link

What to Expect:

  • You may need to complete a new application

  • Your previous roles/permissions may not be restored

  • Some communities require re-approval


Troubleshooting

"Subscribe" Button Not Working

  • Try a different web browser

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Disable ad blockers

Payment Declined

  • Check your payment method

  • Ensure sufficient funds

  • Contact your bank if needed

Community Full

  • Join the waitlist if available

  • Contact the community owner

  • Check back later for openings

Can't Find the Community

  • The community may have been removed

  • The URL might have changed

  • Contact LaunchPass support for assistance

  • The name of the community
