Subscribers to your community can manage their subscriptions at any time using their Customer Portal. Here's what they can do:
Update billing information
Cancel subscriptions
Remove "set to cancel" to reactivate and stay subscribed
Switch the Discord user associated with their subscription
Regain access to the community if they accidentally left
View all of their subscription details (next billing period, active discounts, payment status, etc.)
Troubleshoot payment issues, including declined transactions by contacting your bank or updating card details from your portal.
And much more.
NOTE: Your subscribers can easily access their Customer Portal from Discord by sending the commands they're used to, such as "update" or "cancel". Commands will link your subscribers to the portal.
Please note that some subscription management features such as updating billing information may only be accessible through the Customer Portal and not via the LaunchPass bot.
