Why Can't I See My Server on All Devices?
Common Reasons:
You're logged into different Discord accounts on different devices
Your Discord app needs to be refreshed
The server invite link was used while logged into the wrong account
Quick Fix:
Make sure you're using the same Discord account on all your devices. Your servers will automatically appear everywhere once you're properly logged in.
Step-by-Step: Sync Your Discord Account
On Each Device (Computer, Phone, Tablet):
Log Out of Discord
Click the gear icon (βοΈ) near your profile picture
Scroll down and select "Log Out"
Close Discord Completely
On mobile: Swipe up to close the app
On computer: Right-click the Discord icon and select "Quit Discord"
Reopen Discord and Log Back In
Open the Discord app
Click "Login"
Enter your email and password (not username)
Complete any verification steps
Check Your Server List
Your server should now appear on all devices
If it doesn't, try pulling down to refresh your server list
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Problem: Server Still Missing on Some Devices
Solution:
Go to Discord's website in a web browser
Log in and check if the server is visible there
If it is, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Discord app on the problem device
Problem: "Invalid Invite" Message
Solution:
Log out of Discord on all devices
Log back in on one device first
Use the invite link from your LaunchPass welcome email
Wait 5 minutes before checking other devices
Problem: Different Usernames on Different Devices
Solution: This means you have multiple Discord accounts. Make sure to use the same login email and password on all devices.
