How to Reactivate Your Subscription
If the Subscription is set to cancel:
Check your email for the cancellation confirmation
Look for the "Reactivate Subscription" button
Click it and confirm your choice
Your subscription will continue without interruption
If the subscription has been cancelled:
Log in to your LaunchPass account
Go to "My Subscriptions"
Find the canceled subscription
Click "Resubscribe" or "Reactivate"
Follow the prompts to confirm
You may also need to sign back up by returning to the community's page and signing up once more.
If You Don't See the Option to Reactivate:
The community might be full
The pricing might have changed
The community may no longer be active
After Reactivation
What to Expect:
Your subscription will be active immediately
Your original billing date will be restored
You'll receive a confirmation email
Access to the community will be restored if you were removed
Billing:
You'll be charged on your next billing date
No additional fees for reactivation
Your billing cycle remains the same
If You Were Removed from the Community:
Check your email for a new invite
Contact the community owner if you don't receive one
Rejoin using the new invite link

"Reactivate" Option Not Available
The community may have reached capacity
The community might no longer be active
Try reaching out to the community owner
Payment Issues
Ensure your payment method is up to date
Check for any outstanding balances
Contact your bank if payments are being declined
Can't Find the Community
The community may have been removed
Search for the community on LaunchPass
Contact the community owner for assistance
Access Not Restored
Log out and back into Discord/Slack
Check that you're using the correct account
Wait up to 15 minutes for systems to sync
