How do I process a refund for my members?

You can go to the "Activity" menu of your LaunchPass dashboard and locate the particular member you need to process a refund to. Once you find the member and the charge you want to reverse, just click on the "Issue Refund" button.

You can then inform your member that it may take 5 - 10 business days to reflect on their account. See Stripe document here: https://stripe.com/docs/refunds
