How are refund requests handled for subscriptions and payments through LaunchPass?

LaunchPass provides tools for group management, sign-up automation, and server access but does not process payments or refunds directly.

Responsibilities for Refunds

  • Refund requests are managed by the business or group owner who operates the group you joined. Each group owner is responsible for setting and enforcing their own refund policies (which may include a no-refund policy). LaunchPass is not involved in handling funds or refunds.

  • It is important to note that all payments are processed through the group owner's payment processor, such as their Stripe account. LaunchPass itself does not hold funds at any time.

General Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:
