How can I issue refunds to members?

Issuing refunds to your LaunchPass community members is straightforward with Stripe. Follow the instructions provided in this article.

When do I get paid?

As LaunchPass uses Stripe to administer payments to creators, we do not have control over the payout schedule.

There is a 7 day waiting period for your first Stripe payout. If you have already received your first Stripe payout, you can learn more about payout schedules, including estimated upcoming payouts, in this article.

How do I update my bank account details in Stripe?
