How to Delete Your LaunchPass Invite Page (And What Happens)

TL;DR: Delete your page by clicking "Edit" next to it in your dashboard, then click the "delete" button in the lower left corner. Your active members stay subscribed and keep access. Your analytics are deleted with the page.

What Happens When You Delete a Page

Your Members Stay Safe

Deleting a page does NOT cancel subscriptions. Here's what happens:

  • Members keep paying through Stripe

  • Members keep access to your Discord, Slack, or Telegram

  • Subscriptions continue until members cancel

  • Payment history stays in your Stripe account

  • Member roles stay in your community

What Actually Gets Deleted

Only these things go away:

  • The signup page URL (people can't join anymore)

  • Page settings and customization

  • The page listing in your dashboard

Important: New people cannot sign up after you delete the page.

Before You Delete: Important Checklist

Follow these steps BEFORE you click delete:

☐ Export Your Member List

You need this for your records. Here's how:

  1. Go to your LaunchPass dashboard

  2. Click the Settings tab at the top

  3. Find Email & Social Marketing section

  4. Click Download or Download grouped

Two export options:

  • Download: Shows each subscription (one person subbed to 3 offers = 3 rows)

  • Download grouped: Shows each person once (combines all their subs into one row)

The file downloads as a CSV. It has all member emails.

☐ Check Your Stripe Dashboard

Your payment records live in Stripe, not LaunchPass. Make sure you can access:

  1. Go to dashboard.stripe.com

  2. Check Customers section

  3. Verify you see your subscriber list

  4. Note: This stays even after deleting the page

☐ Tell Your Members (Optional)

If you're closing signups, consider telling your members:

  • Post in your welcome channel

  • Send an email update

  • Explain what's changing (or not changing)

☐ Screenshot Your Settings

Save these for your records:

  • Page pricing

  • Page description

  • Role assignments

  • Custom URL

  • Coupon codes

You might need these if you recreate the page later.

How to Delete Your Page (Step-by-Step)

Quick Steps

  1. Log in to your LaunchPass dashboard

  2. Find the page you want to delete

  3. Click Edit next to that page

  4. Scroll to the lower left corner

  5. Click the delete button

  6. Confirm the deletion

Detailed Walkthrough

Step 1: Open Your Dashboard

Go to your LaunchPass admin dashboard. You'll see all your pages listed.

Step 2: Find the Right Page

Look for the page name you want to delete. Each page shows:

  • Offer name

  • Platform (Discord, Slack, or Telegram icon)

  • Edit button

Step 3: Click Edit

Click the Edit button next to your page. This opens the page settings.

Step 4: Locate the Delete Button

Scroll to the bottom left corner. You'll see a delete button.

Step 5: Delete the Page

Click delete. A message will ask you to confirm. Click to confirm.

Step 6: Verify It's Gone

Check your dashboard. The page should no longer appear in your list.

What If I Delete By Accident?

You Can't Undo Delete

LaunchPass doesn't have an "undo" button. Once deleted, the page is gone.

But Your Members Are Fine

Remember: Your members still have access. Their payments still work. Nothing breaks for them.

Recreate the Page

You can make a new page anytime:

  1. Click Create Page in dashboard

  2. Fill in the same details you had before

  3. Connect to the same Discord/Slack/Telegram

  4. Set the same pricing

Important: The URL will be different. Update your links everywhere.

Alternatives to Deleting Your Page

Don't delete if you just want to make changes. Try these instead:

Option 1: Pause New Signups

Can't pause directly, but you can:

  • Change price to $999,999 (stops new joins)

  • Add note: "Signups currently closed"

  • Keep existing members active

Option 2: Edit Your Existing Page

Change anything without deleting:

  • Pricing

  • Description

  • Images

  • Welcome message

  • Role names

Click Edit to update these anytime.

Option 3: Create a New Tier

Keep the old page. Add a new one:

  • Different pricing

  • Different access level

  • Same community

  • Let members choose

This gives you more options without losing the old page.

Option 4: Archive in Your Mind

You don't have to delete. Just:

  • Stop sharing the link

  • Keep it for existing members

  • No new signups happen naturally

The page sits there, but nobody new joins.

Common Reasons to Delete a Page

Good Reasons to Delete

Delete your page when:

  • You're shutting down that community permanently

  • You made a test page and don't need it

  • You're moving to a different platform entirely

  • You have duplicate pages by mistake

  • Roles got messed up and won't fix (delete and recreate)

Bad Reasons to Delete

DON'T delete if you just want to:

  • Change the price (use Edit instead)

  • Update the description (use Edit instead)

  • Pause signups temporarily (change price to high number)

  • Fix a small issue (contact support first)

  • Moving platforms (Hide instead, you may decide you wish to come back later)

Rule of thumb: Only delete if you never want that exact page again.

After You Delete: What to Do Next

Keep Monitoring Stripe

Your members still pay through Stripe. Check it weekly:

  1. Log in to dashboard.stripe.com

  2. Go to Customers section

  3. See who's still subscribed

  4. Process refunds if needed (under Payments)

Manage Existing Members

They still have access. You can:

  • Manually remove from Discord/Slack/Telegram

  • Let subscriptions run until members cancel

  • Issue refunds through Stripe dashboard

Note: LaunchPass won't auto-kick them anymore since the page is gone.

Update Your Links

If you shared the signup link anywhere, update it:

  • Website

  • Social media bios

  • Email signatures

  • Promotional materials

Old links will show an error now.

Contact Active Members

Let them know what's happening:

  • "Signups are closed"

  • "You keep access as long as you're subscribed"

  • "Cancel anytime through the Customer Portal"

Give them the portal link: launchpass.com/portal

Special Cases

What About Lifetime Members?

Deleting a page does NOT remove lifetime access. They stay in forever.

What If I Have Multiple Tiers?

Delete each page separately. Each tier is its own page.

Example:

  • Bronze tier page

  • Silver tier page

  • Gold tier page

Delete only the ones you want gone. Keep the others.

What About Free Pages?

Same process. Click Edit, then delete. Free members keep access until you manually remove them.

Can I Delete a Page That Has Members?

Yes. The page deletes. The members stay subscribed. No problems happen, other than no one else can signup and you can't see your analytics anymore.

Common Questions

Can I recover a deleted page?

No. Once deleted, it's gone. But you can create a new page with the same settings. The URL will be different though.

Will my members get a notification?

No. Nothing changes for them. They keep access. Payments keep working.

How do I cancel member subscriptions?

You can't do this from LaunchPass after deleting. Options:

  1. Cancel them from your LaunchPass dashboard/Stripe

  2. Issue refunds through Stripe dashboard

  3. Manually remove them from your community

  4. Wait for them to cancel via Customer Portal

What if I delete the wrong page?

Contact [email protected] immediately. Include:
