How To Export From Your LaunchPass Dashboard
To export your member emails for email marketing and ad campaigns, navigate to the Settings tab in your LaunchPass admin dashboard and locate Email & Social Marketing.
You will see 2 options:
Download will export member emails for every user and every subscription. This means that if a user is subscribed to more than one of your offers, there will be an instance for each offer.
Download grouped will combine multiple subscriptions into a single user instance. There will be a single record based on a user's email, regardless of how many of your offers they are subscribed to.
Regardless of what platform you will use the email export feature for, you will need to ensure your CSV file contains a column with the email addresses you want to upload. The file should be formatted correctly with a header row:

1. Prepare Your CSV File
Ensure your CSV file contains a column with the email addresses you want to upload. The file should be formatted correctly with a header row.
2. Log in to Mailchimp
Go to Mailchimp.
Log in with your credentials.
3. Access Your Audience
In the left-hand menu, click on Audience.
If you have more than one audience, click the Current audience dropdown and select the one you want to work with.
4. Import Your Contacts
Click on the Manage Audience dropdown and select Import contacts.
Choose Upload a file and click Continue.
5. Upload Your CSV File
Click Browse and select your CSV file from your computer.
Once selected, click Continue to match.
6. Match Your Data
Mailchimp will automatically match the columns in your import file to your audience field. Ensure the email column is correctly matched to Email Address.
If needed, manually match or create new fields. Click Finalize Import once done.
7. Tag Your Contacts (Optional)
You can add tags to your contacts for better segmentation. Add any tags you need, then click Continue to review.
8. Review and Complete Import
Review your import details. Once you’re satisfied, click Import.
9. Use Your Contacts in Campaigns
Now that your contacts are imported, you can create campaigns targeting this audience.

Select Custom Audience from the dropdown menu.
