TL;DR: Find your active paying members in your Stripe dashboard under the Customers section. You can also see members directly in your platform (Discord, Slack, or Telegram). View member details and payment status in Stripe.

Quick Answer

Your active paying members are in two places:

1. Stripe Dashboard (payment records)

  • All customer data

  • Payment history

  • Subscription status

  • Contact information

2. Your Platform (community access)

  • Discord server member list

  • Slack workspace directory

  • Telegram group members

Best practice: Check Stripe for accurate payment data. Check your platform for active community members.

Finding Members in Stripe Dashboard

Stripe is where all your payment and customer data lives.

Step 1: Log Into Stripe

  1. Enter your email

  2. Enter your password

  3. Click "Sign in"

Tip: Use the same Stripe account connected to LaunchPass.

Step 2: Go to Customers Section

In your Stripe dashboard:

  1. Look at the left side menu

  2. Click "Customers"

  3. You'll see your full customer list

This shows:

  • Customer names

  • Email addresses

  • Total amount paid

  • Last payment date

  • Subscription status

Step 3: Filter by Active Subscriptions

To see only active paying members:

  1. Look for the filter options at top

  2. Click "Add filter"

  3. Choose "Subscription status"

  4. Select "Active"

  5. Click "Apply"

Now you see only:

  • Currently paying members

  • Active subscriptions

  • No canceled or past members

Step 4: View Member Details

Click on any customer to see:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Payment methods on file

  • Subscription details

  • Payment history

  • All invoices

  • Failed payments

  • Refunds issued

This is your complete member record.

  2. Make sure viewing "All customers"

Member Count Doesn't Match

  • Manual members were added

How to fix:

  1. Check Stripe for active subscriptions

  2. Remove non-paying members from platform

  3. Enable auto-kick feature

  4. Stripe number is always accurate for payments

Missing Member Data
