Message could not be delivered. What do I do?

You send the activation code to the bot but it doesn't go through. Please follow the steps on this guide.

Please make sure that you're on the server first before sending the code.

The group should appear on the server list (left panel)

If it's not there, please follow the Discord invite link found on your welcome email.

The original invite is on number 2. You can generate a new one using the link on number 4 if the original expires.

Once you're on the server, check if you have turned on direct messaging on your Discord user settings.

There's also a "Privacy Setting" within the server. Click on the server name and you should see the options. Toggle to allow direct messages.

You should now be able to send the activation code to the LaunchPass bot.

It should begin with a "!" and no extra characters or spaces.
